Is there a minimum requirement amount to place an order?
At this time there is not a minimum requirement to place an order.
Are there any fees?
Yes, there is a one-time digitizing fee per size to make your logo into an embroidery file so we can embroider it. The amount of the fee depends on your logo.
If I don't have a logo can you make me one?
No, we don't do designs or have the software to design a logo. You would need to have the logo already done to send to us.
What file type do you need my logo in to send to you?
If you are just getting your logo embroidered, any file will work but if we are going to print your logo then a high quality PNG or PDF will work but it needs to have a transparent background.
If I have an image instead of a logo can you add it to apparel.
Yes we can if it is not being sold by another company or is copyright or trademarked.
Can I get a price before I order?
Absolutely! We just need specific information before we can give you a price.
1. We need to know what apparel you want.
2. Do you want a print or embroidery.
3. Placement of your logo (left chest, big back, sleeve, etc...)
4. Quantity of apparel.
5. Any special requests.
6. We will also need your logo.
