Shipping policy

We only ship to Canada and the US at this time.

We make the orders as they come in and strive to ship all orders within 3 - 7 business days. Should there be any delays, we will reach out to the customer directly to inform them.

All items are shipped via courier, and shipping confirmations along with tracking numbers will be sent via Email once ready. Once your order is in the hands of the Courier, Troy & Tam Custom Creations has no control or leverage over the status of the package, and assumes no responsibilities. 

Sticker-only orders will have no tracking numbers.

Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and the shipping option selected.
